SHIPPING
Normally, in stock items are shipped within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS (larger items and liner materials may be shipped freight and additonal freight cost may apply) and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS/Freight zone. Any item that is out of stock will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks due to supply and demand or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered or if items ordered have been discontinued.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail us and we can try to make special arrangements.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.
LOST or DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Inspect your shipments for hidden damage or shortages before signing for them. Cross check all quantities with the packing list before taking delivery. Damaged or incomplete shipments must be marked as such on the bill of lading. If shipments are not thoroughly inspected, write the words “not for hidden damages” on the bill of lading. All shortages or damages must be reported to MooreStores, Inc. within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Shipments signed for and not marked as “damaged” or “short” are considered complete, in good condition and free from damage. MooreStores, Inc. and its carriers are not responsible for claims or shortages on shipments signed for in good condition.
TAXES
MyYardPond does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside of Nevada. If you order within the state of Nevada, you will be charged the applicable sales tax.
OFF-LINE ORDERS
If you perfer to place your order off line, a link a link on the home page will allow you to download an order form with instructions. The order form is stored in Abobe Acrobat format so Abobe Acrobat reader is required to print the form. A link is provided to allow you to download the free Abobe Acrobat reader.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order to determine satisfactory resolution. Cancellation and substitutions will not occur without your approval.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation of an order must be received prior to shipping. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email contact@myyardpond.com to cancel an order.
RETURNS
Have confidence in ordering with MyYardPond.com, most merchandise items are under warranty from the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year, please review these terms and conditions. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for instructions. Returns on unused items other then due to product defect will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to you minus any re-stocking fees, shipping, handling or freight charges. Special orders, cut merchandise, liner and temperature sensitive products are not eligible for return.
WARRANTIES
No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by MooreStores, Inc. other then those extended by the manufacturer. MyYardPond is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects are subject to warranty conditions from the manufacturer.
